- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed in the customer service of a hometown bank. A local business needed change and they would not help them out because "they did not get their shipment of money in today and had to save what they had for their customers." Granted, I did call at the end of the day. Not sure how many customers would have gone without, with a shipment coming tomorrow.By Amy Wingfield, December 02, 2016
